Where's your happy place?

This poppy field definitely gave good vibes, and was stunning as the sun went down.

Connecting to nature is, for me, a way of calming my mind that's always on the go.

And I love the seasonal changes too, who else has felt that little autumnal chill early morning?

And if you can't get outside?

Bring nature inside!

It's proven to be beneficial to have plants and flowers in your home. The colour, the texture and act of looking after them all helps add mindfulness into our busy lives.

And you don't need a coat or wellies to enjoy it!!

I'm intrigued to know something...

What are your thoughts on @shrewsburyflowershow?

Do you go now, did you go in the past?

Do you think it's good for the town? Value for money or expensive?

I've been thinking about it today, whilst peeps have been riding their clutches in the traffic on Wyle Cop 😂😂

One opinion I do have (you knew I'd have one!) is that those living in Shrewsbury should be able to buy a discounted ticket. And not just for the flower show, for all the festivals the town puts on.

Businesses bring people and money into the town on a daily basis, and Shrewsbury residents support our businesses, wouldn't it be nice to receive a thank you?

Busy? Enjoying the sunshine? Getting weekend ready?

I've been unpacking boxes, lots of glassware has landed.

Think we now have every shape and size of vase known to man!

And yes, I should of photographed, filmed them but I simply ran out of time.

I thought I'd sit in the garden, catch a bit of sun, but it's been replaced by cloud, hey hum, at least it's not raining .

Wish me luck! Myself and @1ladybouquet have decid

Wish me luck!

Myself and @1ladybouquet have decided to try the NHS couch to 5k and today is day one.

I've been inspired by @fernbritton, she has been amazing, sharing her experience. And my fellow flower friend @coloursflorists, who looks amazing and runs everyday.

So I'm going to try and run, the last time I ran was as a 14 year old at school. I did love cross country, although I found a short cut so always finished first!

I don't think there's any shortcuts to this now, I need to shed a few pounds and generally be fitter.

I'm worried tho, and prefer a stroll on flat ground chatting with a friend but that's not going to win the prize!

Have you done it? Any tips to not falling at the first hurdle? Help a girl out!
